“Man Down” is Jhaga Man’s newest project, highlighting how a young man navigates the early stages of being in love knowing he is about to be played, yet willing to lose it all.

The song was produced by Viqtorioz and mixed/mastered by Mantse Chills. Jhaga Man’s most recent release was in mid-2021 titled “Waiting”, this has gotten so many reviews across various streaming platforms, seeing over 500K total plays with so many dance. crazes from Ghana, France, the US and other parts of the world.

Jhaga Man has performed on many major platforms in Ghana and appeared on various local TV and radio channels including TV3, Hitzfm, Joy Prime and Adom fm. Jhaga Man has also hosted his own show through Afrowired’s Live SESSNS which takes place at Oliver Twist Shack, one of Accra’s most preferred nightlife spots.

South African producer and recording artist, Focalistic, has collaborated with hitmakers Mellow & Sleazy and Madumane on a new song titled “3310.”

Focalistic returns to the stage with a new tune and a few well-known comrades. This year, the talented emcee has had the fun of his life, selling out performances all over the world and performing in front of large crowds alongside Davido.

The song ‘3310’ samples the renowned Nokia 3310’s popular ring tone. The phone that made everyone aware of GSM technology.

Ceeza Milli ft. Sneakbo & Mr Dutch – Chop Life (Remix)

Ceeza Milli’s contribution to the Afrobeats explosion cannot be properly appreciated without addressing her. Ceeza Milli has spent years in the industry cementing his name as one of the most sought after songwriters and performers inside the music field, thanks to his electrifying verse on the Starboy-owned mega hit Soco, which featured Afrobeats superstar Wizkid and Starboy artist Terri.

Chop Life, Ceeza Milli’s second single of the year, is a joyful melody made by Yussy Beats, a young producer. Ceeza returns with an explosive remix of the holiday tune after achieving local recognition via radio, clubs, and the viral music marketing tool Tik Tok.

Gifted Ghanaian rapper, Medikal flaunts his pen game in his latest output titled ‘Letter To My Ex’

On this mid-tempo Afropop tune, Medikal reminisces his ordeal with an ex-lover who treated him unfairly.

‘Letter To My Ex’ depicts a tragic love story over a beautifully crafted instrumental by Chensee Beatz. 

Bisa Kdei – Kakyere Me

Earlier this week, Bisa Kdei announced he will be releasing new music on his respective social media timelines.

The Ghanaian crooner has done accordingly with a new solo effort, a highlife themed masterpiece titled ‘Kakyere Me’

This will register as Bisa Kdei’s second single of 2022, a follow up to his Kidi-assisted ‘Love You’

Ajebo Hustlers ft. FAVE – In Love

Nigerian music ensemble, Ajebo Hustlers have consistently made huge strides since not very long big blow with the song ‘Pronto

In their quest to strengthen the love between their listeners and them, the duo team up with the highly-rated Nigerian singer, FAVE on the song titled ‘In Love’

Brymo – Pim Pim

Ace Nigerian singer-songwriter, Olawale Ashimi, also known as Brymo, has released a new album named Theta. On the new album, which features ten songs, the vocalist goes solo.

Brymo was the third most-nominated artist at the 2022 Headies Awards, with six nominations, trailing only Wizkid and Ayra Starr, who each received nine and eight nominations.

His previous album, ‘9: Esan,’ received numerous nominations, and he has opted to maintain that momentum with the release of this new album.

DJ Consequence kicks off his 2022 with a potential chart-topping song with Patoranking titled ‘Pause’.

With DJConsequence & DJ Tarico’s ‘Number One’ dominating the charts and becoming one of the most popular Nigerian songs on Tiktok to date, ‘PAUSE’ arrives just in time for the Nigerian tune of the summer.

Mohbad – Ronaldo

Mohbad commences 2022 with a new impressive single titled ‘Ronaldo,’ five months after releasing ‘Backside’ in December 2021.

The singer has some words of admiration for himself on the new single, which he screams over the track’s mellifluous music with lines like, “If dey play football, I go bench Messi, bench Neymar, bench Ronaldo.”

Timijay mixed and mastered the song, which was created by the usual suspect, Niphkeyz.

Larruso – Carolina

Ghanaian afro-dancehall artist, Larruso experiments with Afrobeats on his new song titled ‘Carolina’.

On a downtempo Afrobeats instrumentation produced by Caskeys, Larruso reminisces about the good memories he had with an ex-lover and pleads to fix up issues that led to their grudge, the young star further promised his love interest  an everlasting love journey.

Larruso continues to awe his listeners as he experiments with other genres out of his comfort.
