BETAwards21: Burna Boy Wins Best International Act At The 2021 BET Awards
Multiple award-winning Nigerian singer and songwriter, Burna Boy has been announced winner for the category of the Best International Act at the BET Awards 2021.
He sets record as the first African musician to win this category in three consecutive successions. Burna Boy first won the award in 2019, and the second win being in 2020 during the COVID Lockdown.
The award which took place on the 27th of June 2021 had other top international acts in the category including Aya Nakamura (France), Diamond Platnumz (Tanzania), Emicida (Brazil), Headie One (UK), Wizkid (Nigeria), Young T & Bugsey (UK), Youssoupha (France)
