Burkinabe giants ASFA Yennenga slaps $100,000 price-tag on Kotoko target [Asempa FM SportsNite Leaks]

Burkina Faso Premier League giants ASFA Yennenga are demanding an astronomical sum of $100,000 for the services of Ghanaian striker Justice Amate, according to Accra-based Asempa FM.

According to Enoch Worlanyo on SportsNite Leaks, scouts of Asante Kotoko have been monitoring the performance of the former WAFA attacker in the past couple of weeks.

Amate, 22, left the shores of Ghana to join the 13-time Burkina Faso Premier League title winners in February 2021.

Since his arrival, he has adapted well to the Burkinabe environment and his performance has attracted the interest of the Porcupine Warriors who are hunting for a finisher.

Kotoko want a like-for-like replacement for Cameroonian forward Franck Mbella and have identified the former WAFA top talent as the best candidate for the position.

It is expected that Kotoko will make official contact with Yennega in the coming days to express their interest in the Ghanaian.
