Citi Business Festival enters final week; focuses on agribusiness ecosystem

The programmes lined-up for the 2023 edition of the Citi Business Festival being organized by Citi TV/Citi FM will be wrapped up later this week.

The four and final week will commence today, Monday, June 26, 2023 delving into the ‘Agribusiness Ecosystem’.

It will begin with the radio on-air series with the Chief Operating Officer of Ghana Incentive-Based Risk-Sharing System for Agricultural Lending, Takyi Sraha.

He will speak on the topic, “Opportunities in the Agric Value Chain”, which comes off at 9 am on the Citi Breakfast Show.

On Tuesday, June 27, there will also be a live TV forum that will focus on the Agribusiness Ecosystem as seasoned panelists explore the the potentials of Ghana’s agric space.

It will be moderated by Head of News at Citi TV/Citi FM, Vivian Kai Lokko from 11:00 am to 12:30pm.

Also, from today June 26, 2023, the management bootcamp will begin.

The residential executive management bootcamp is to help business managers reach new markets and develop new revenue sources through innovation.

The one-week event ends on Saturday, July 1, 2023.

The radio on-air series is live at 9:05am every Monday to Thursday on the Citi Breakfast Show. On Fridays however, it airs at 7:10am.

There will be a repeat broadcast every weekday at 6:30pm.

The annual Citi Business Festival is a month-long initiative marked with on-air and outdoor events in the month of June to equip Ghanaian businesses with strategies to grow and scale up while meeting emerging trade and commerce trends.

This year, it is themed generally around the Made it Ghana Agenda.

Aside from the on-air series, there will be weekly forums on Citi TV every Tuesday to hold discussions on the theme for the week as well as special TV feature stories aimed at showcasing indigenous Ghanaian businesses.

Week 2: SMEs in Ghana

Week 3: Retail and Consumer Markets

Week 4: Agribusiness Ecosystem
