Clay Group CEO, Kuukua Adams nominated for 40 under 40 awards
The Chief Executive of Clay Group, Kuukua Adams, has been nominated for the 40 under 40 awards in the consultancy and professional service industry.
Miss Adams has been recognised for the phenomenal role she plays in offering consultancy and professional services.
Clay Group provides Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (SMEs) and startups with the requisite structures, processes and systems to help scale their businesses.
Kuukua saw there were little to no firms offering 360 business solutions and those with similar services charged very high fees.
In five years, Clay has seen three more business verticals – Clay Consult, Clay and Associates Limited and Clay Group.
A Business Process Reengineering Consultancy firm, Kuukua and her team have inspired over 100 Ghanaian SMEs to improve their business processes with over 50% recording an estimated 15% increase in annual profit, reduced staff attrition by introducing new talent management practices.
Also enthused in creating leaders amongst youth, she has inculcated a company culture that allows young people to make a difference, add value to themselves and the businesses they work with.
When asked about how she received the news, Miss Adams went on to say “this is humbling. It’s been an arduous journey setting up a business and offering the same and even better services to growing businesses to help them scale up.”
The 40 under 40 awards seek to identify, honour and celebrate most accomplished young business leaders under 40.
