University of Cape Coast honours Dan Kwaku Yeboah, Hon. Totobi Quakye, Prof. Naana Opoku Agyemang, Dr. Prosper Narteh Ogum and several others
Renowned Ghanaian communications expert Dan Kwaku Yeboah has been honoured by the University of Cape Coast during the commemoration of the 60th anniversary of the University which has recently been ranked No. 1 in Africa.
The Group CEO of Dan Kwaku Yeboah Media, a subsidiary of Ghana Sports Publications, was among societal high elite who were honoured by the university during its 60th anniversary celebration in the Central region.
2022 Times Higher Education World University Rankings rated UCC as the best global University in the area of research and was also ranked the number one university in Ghana and West Africa.
Other high-profile dignitaries who were honoured include; Bibiani Gold Stars CEO Kwasi Adu, Prof. Naana Opoku Agyeman, Hon. Totobi Quakye and ex. Vice chancellors of the University including Prof. Addow-Obeng. There rest were Abeiku Santana and Yaa Konamah of Despite media who are also old students of the University were awarded.
Earlier in the day a Durbar was held by the University with President of the Republic of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo as the guest speaker.
