GFA’s Club Licensing Manager hails Emmanuel Dasoberi [Asempa FM]

Ghana FA’s Club Licensing Manager Julius Emunah has hailed Emmanuel Dasoberi for his role in getting the Baba Yara Sports Stadium to be granted temporary approval to host the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifier between Ghana and Nigeria.

On Wednesday the Confederation of African Football (CAF) approved the 40,000-seater capacity facility in Kumasi to host the first leg of the clash between the Black Stars and the Super Eagles.

The approval came after a CAF Licensing Inspector visited the Baba Yara Sports Stadium last Sunday to inspect the facility.

After getting the approval, Emunah has hailed Dasoberi for his effort in getting the facility approved.

“I want to thank my senior colleague and predecessor Emmanuel Dasoberi for his industrial advice. He is a senior CAF Licensing Inspector on the continent. His advice is very important. We are all available. Both of us are available ” he told Benedict Kwadwo Mensah on Asempa FM.
