Transfer: Medeama forward Prince Opoku Agyemang strongly linked with Hearts of Oak move

Hearts of Oak have entered into the race to sign striker Prince Opoku Agyemang from Medeama SC, according to local reports.

The 29-year-old, who spent one season at South African PSL side Cape Town City FC, has struggled to recapture his scoring form at the club.

According to journalist Mo Shaban, struggling Ghana Premier League side Gold Stars have declared their interest in the former New Edubiase United forward.

Meanwhile, Ghana Sports Online independent sources can confirm that Hearts of Oak coach Samuel Boadu has tasked the club’s management to contact the Tarkwa-based club for the services of the gangling striker who wants a life away from the Western region.

With the Ghanaian window set to close on the 31st of January 2022, the Phobians are hoping to conclude negotiations with the Mauve and Yellows as soon as possible.
