Hearts of Oak miss these two key players for CAF Confederation Cup clash against Real Bamako

Ghanaian giants Hearts of Oak will miss two key players for this weekend’s CAF Confederation Cup second-round first-leg tie with Malian opposition Real Bamako.

The 21-time Ghana Premier League winners are expected to leave the shores of the country on Thursday to the West African nation for Saturday’s clash at the multi-purpose Stade Modibo Keïta.

David Ocloo, who was confirmed as the assistant trainer for the Rainbow Club last week, will lead the team into the contest in the eighth-largest country in Africa.

The former Liberty Professionals and Asante Kotoko coach would miss two players for the match as they have not been able to pass the late fitness for the game.

Midfielder Salifu Ibrahim has been excluded from the squad for fitness reasons same as central midfielder Eric Esso.

Forward Isaac Mensah is also not in the squad as well as Amankwaa Baafi.
