Livestream: Ken Ofori-Atta addresses Parliament

The Finance Minister, Ken Ofori-Atta, is in Parliament to make a statement on government’s use of Covid-19 funds, since the outbreak of the pandemic in the country.

His appearance is upon invitation by the House over persistent calls by the Minority for the Minister to account to Ghanaians how funds received has been managed.

In all, about 16 questions have been tabled for him to answer in relation to Covid-19 expenditure, among other key concers.

Already, the Minority in Parliament has served notice it will stop at nothing to exact accountability from government.
