French Ligue 1 side FC Nantes have declared there is no obligation to sign Ghana attacker Osman Bukari at the end of the season.
Bukari, 22, joined the Ligue 1 side on Thursday from Belgian Jupiler League side Genk.
Though further details about the deal has not been revealed the French club have stated on their Twitter handle that there is no-buy option in the deal which means he will return to Genk at the end of the season.
The tweet reads: “FC Nantes and @KAAGent (Jupiler Pro League, BEL) have reached an agreement for the winger’s no-buy option loan, 𝗢𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗕𝘂𝗸𝗮𝗿𝗶 (22 years old), until the end of the season 2021-2020.”
The attacker was a member of the Ghana U23 squad that played against Japan and South Korea’s Olympic Teams ahead of the 2020 Olympic Games.
He joins French-born Ghanaian Dennis Appiah at the club.
