Hearts of Oak to arrive in Morocco on Friday morning for CAF Champions League clash with Wydad Athletic Club
Ghanaian giants Hearts of Oak are set to arrive in Morocco on Friday morning after enplaning from Dubai’s DXB Airport in the early morning hours of Friday.
The Phobians contingent made up of 24 players, members of the technical team as well as an official delegation led by Ghana FA ExCo member Dr. Ransford Abbey, touched down at the plush DXB Airport around 2.13 AM on Friday.
According to Hearts of Oak’s PRO Kwame Opare-Addo on Asempa FM’s Ultimate Sports Show, the Ghanaian champions are currently airborne and will arrive in Morocco’s capital – Casablanca before midday.
The Ghanaian double-winners squeezed out 1-0 results in the first leg of the clash at the Accra Sports Stadium last Sunday.
Attacker Isaac Mensah scored the only goal of the game on the 40th-minute mark.
