Ghana Premier League giants Asante Kotoko wrapped up their pre-season campaign in grand style after smashing lower-tier side PAC Academy 6-0 at the Adako Jachie Training Complex on Wednesday afternoon.
Head coach Prosper Ogum used the game to assess his side’s battle readiness ahead of the fresh Ghana Premier League which starts this weekend.
Newly-signed forward Samuel Boateng hit the opener for the Porcupine Warriors before captain Abdul Ismail Ganiyu added to an own-goal to make the scoreline 3-0 going into the break.
Young forward Joseph Amoako added two goals as the record league winners sealed a comprehensive win.
