Burna Boy releases the official music video for Last Last, which was produced by Chopstix. His first official single of the year, following up on Wizkid’s previously released ‘B. d’Or.’
Burna Boy’s development has been nothing short of spectacular since his reinstatement as the African Giant with the hit track “Ye” back in 2018. After some setbacks prior to 2018, he returned to the game, ready to show off his skills while having a good time, as he did on his omnivorous studio albums ‘Outside,’ ‘African Giant,’ and the Grammy-winning ‘Twice as Tall,’ establishing himself as one of the poster boys of Afrobeats and breaking new ground for African music in general.
Burna Boy has already confirmed the release date of his sixth studio album, ‘Love, Damini,’ just five months into the year. With the mellifluous ‘Sungba’ remix, fronted by YBNL’s newest signee, Asake, he’s already given us a glimpse into his universe. Burna Boy’s latest offering, Last Last, comes hot off the heels of his sold-out show in New York City’s famed Madison Square Garden.
