VIDEO: Watch Hudson-Odoi tell Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel he likes Ghana

Chelsea star Callum Hudson-Odoi has told Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel he likes Ghana during a back-to-training welcome exchange at Chelsea’s Cobham Training grounds.

The 20-year-old attacker has reportedly made up his mind to ditch England’s Three Lions for Ghana’s Black Stars following happening in the final of the UEFA Euro 2020 between England and Italy at the Wembley Stadium.

The reports claim Hudson-Odoi has been left unhappy with the racial abuse targeted at some coloured players in the England Three Lions squad following their penalty loss to Italy in the final of the tournament.

After England lost in the 2020 UEFA European Football Championship, online abuse was targeted at three Black players, Bukayo Saka, Marcus Rashford and Jadon Sancho. This incident reveals a larger societal problem of racism in sports and online.

Upon his return to England to join the pre-season campaign of the Blues he met up with the Chelsea technical team headed by German tactician Thomas Tuchel.

In a welcome exchange between the player and coach the manager asked him whether he likes Ghana and he responded its good you know that.
