This is Samuel Boadu’s 25-man squad for Aduana Stars clash – Two important midfielders left out

Hearts of Oak head coach Samuel Boadu is set to unleash Black Galaxies sextet on Aduana Stars FC in their opening game in the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League on Sunday.

The six players, who influential shouldered Ghana’s qualification to the 2023 CHAN tournament have all been named in Boadu’s 25-man squad for the game.

Dennis Korsah, Mohammed Alhassan, and new-signing Konadu Yiadom have all been named in the squad for the trip from Kumasi to the Bono Region town.

The Phobians pitched their pre-season camp in Achiaakrom in the Ashanti Region and have headed straight to Dormaa Ahenkro for the game.

Before heading out of the region, the contingent paid homage to star midfielder Salifu Ibrahim who is laying his mother to rest in Offinso. Due to the funeral of his late mother, the 22-year-old has been left out of the squad for the game.

Meanwhile, Congolese midfielder Linda Don Mtange who was registered by the Phobians just before the closing of the registration window has also been left out of the squad alongside Lawali Mamane.

Goalkeeper Eric Ofori Antwi will be hoping to make his debut for the Rainbow club back in his home region.
