Transfer: Amos Addai unwilling to commit to AshantiGold new offer [Asempa FM SportsNite]

Ghana Premier League side AshantiGold are having problems convincing offensive midfielder Amos Addai to sign a new deal with the club, according to reports by Asempa FM.

Addai, 25, has a few months left on his running contract and the Miners are keen to lure him to commit to a new deal.

But, as reported by Kumasi-based journalist Jonathan Asiedu on Asempa FM’s SportsNite show, the midfielder is determined not to open negotiations with the club until all his outstanding financial issues with the club are resolved.

Asiedu, one of the impressive and fast-rising journalists in the Ashanti region, reports that the Miners have not fulfilled all their financial obligations in Addai’s previous contract with the club.

As such he has informed the club to resolve those issues before he opens up to negotiations on any offers.

Addai is represented by Zimbabwean football agent Chamunoda Musanhu.
