DaBaby Releases His Version Of Wizkid’s Tems Assisted ‘Essence’
Award-winning American rapper, DaBaby amidst his homophobic comments controversy is preparing to release an album. In a new freestyle video, DaBaby makes his first attempt at Afrobeat as he rides on the number one most shazamed song in the United States Of America, Essence by Wizkid featuring Tems.
Afrobeat, inch by inch is bridging the gap between Africa and the other continents which has Wizkid’s Essence leading the course. Just recently, Justin Bieber teamed up with Wiz and Tems for the remix of Essence which was added to the deluxe edition of the ‘Made In Lagos’ album.
It’s easily perceived quite a few more American music stars will delve into the Afrobeat sound with the success of Essence in America’s highly densed music industry.
