BOJ ft. Amaarae & Zamir – Money & Laughter

Member of DRB Lasgidi and Nigerian alte singer, BOJ premieres his keenly awaited new single titled ‘Money & Laughter’.

The song ‘Money & Laughter’ is a bouncy record with Afrobeat sentiments complimented with verses by  Ghanaian-American singer Amaarae alongside Nigerian rapper Zamir

This song registers as BOJ’s second official single for the year. It comes after the release of his previous record, ‘Emotions.’

Bella Shmurda – Soldier Go

Preceding this release, Bella Shmurda on the 2nd of July 2021 released his third single of the year titled ‘Party Next Door‘ which housed under the 8 track-listing ‘High Tension 2.0’ EP.

Bella Shmurda’s “High Tension 2.0” incorporates his signature street appeal and evoking conscious message.

Explaining the creative process behind ‘High Tension’, Bella Shmurda  construes ’High Tension’ as a  ”new light in a new form, high voltage lightning that strikes against all odds, a star that cannot be stopped from shining and a power that always penetrates.” This powerful imagery symbolizes his journey in music so far and echoes the creation process of this incredible body of work.

Adekunle Gold ft. Lucky Daye – Sinner

Nigerian eclectic singer and songwriter, Adekunle Gold premieres his latest single titled ‘Sinner’ and it features American recording music artist, Lucky Daye.

Produced by Blaize Beatz, ‘Sinner’ serves as Adekunle’s first official single for the year, following the release of his previous single, ‘It Is What It Is.’

Phyno – Bia

Nigerian indigenous rapper, Phyno releases makes his headline account for 2021 after contributions on Mastekraft’s Egbon and the remix Pappy Kojo’s Green Means Go.

The Penthauze frontman delivers an inspirational bop titled ‘Bia’, produced by Masterkraft.

The Cavemen – Selense

Prolific Nigerian highlife boy-band, The Cavemen have added to their plethora of pristine records, the eagerly awaited new single titled ‘Selense’

Kingsley Okorie, a bassist, and Benjamin Okorie, a drummer collectively known as ‘The Cavemen’ have mastered the skill of incorporating contemporary percussions into the old-age highlife music, which appeases both the young and older generation.

Further pursuing their profound love for highlife, the duo fuse different elements of modern rhythms and classic overtones in their latest number ‘Selense’.

The irresistible mid-tempo highlife tune was produced by the duo themselves, with guitars from Segun Adegbamigbe while the song was written by The Cavemen and Mercy Okorie.

Dr. Dolor ft. Buju – Baba Nla

Dr. Dolor Entertainment honcho and Nigerian musical artist, Dr. Dolor augments to his plethora of impressive records, his latest record titled ‘Baba Nla’.

The song ‘Baba Nla’ features the man of the moment, Buju who has contributed immensely to some of the top records trending in Africa currently.

Preceding this release is Dr. Dolor’s 5 track listing EP tagged ‘Wtf Is Dr. Dolor’.

Okese1 – Emuva

Okese1 has released a new song, ‘Emuva’ , an original Amapiano inspired Afrobeat song as he continues his groundbreaking dominance in the Ghanaian music industry.

The ‘Emuva’ song, is a follow up to several hit songs from the artist and his latest song, Emuva, is saddled with a laid-back vibe but has an infectious upbeat punch at the same time, which will put listeners and party steppers in a groovy mood as he lays down the perfect rhymes and schemes on the soon-to be hit song.
