Best Lodge Hotel wins Hotel of The Year Award and more at the Ghana Hotels Association Awards
Best Lodge Hotel located at a serene environment in the Gurugu West residential area of the Sagnarigu District, Tamale, has won three awards at the just ended 5th edition of the Ghana Hotels Association Awards held at the Movenpick Ambassador Hotel in Accra.
The prestigious awards include; Most Resilient Hotel of the Year (Budget Category), Hotel of the Year (Budget Category) and Most Secure Hotel of the Year Award (Budget Category).
The awards were in recognition of the company’s dedication and commitment in building the hospitality industry as well as being a highly respected advocate for best practices in the tourism sector.
Speaking to the media after receiving the award, the Managing Director, Matinu Alhassan expressed gratitude to the Almighty God for his grace and favour, the management and staff of the hotel for their hard work, dedication and commitment to excellence.
He also thanked their cherished clients for their continuous patronage.
Mr. Matinu Alhassan took the opportunity to urge customers both local and international to keep visiting the award winning hotel anytime they need a place of comfort and security in northern Ghana.

This year’s Ghana Hotels Association Awards organized by the Ghana Hotels Association was on the theme ‘Resilience.’
It saw a lot of industry players including Deputy Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture, Mark Okraku Mantey coming together to synergise and promoting high level of ethics and standards within the sector and management of same.
