Livestream: Government announces measures to prevent fourth wave of Covid-19

The Ministry of Information is addressing the press on additional measures taken by government to control the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic ahead of the Christmas festivities.

The measures will focus on securing Ghana’s ports in the wake of a possible fourth wave in Europe and South Africa.

Government will also use the opportunity to update the country on the progress of its Covid-19 vaccination program.

The presser is being moderated by Deputy Minister of Information, Fatima Abubakr; Health Minister, Agyeman-Manu and Director-General of the Ghana Health Service (GHS), Patrick Kuma-Aboagye.
