One dead, another reported missing after fishing vessel sinks between Elmina and Takoradi

The captain of a fishing vessel is feared dead and one observer is reported missing after the large boat sunk between the sea waters of Elmina and Takoradi.

Three persons on board the vessel have been rescued and undergoing treatment.
