Livestream: The Law discusses why OSP can’t prosecute influence peddling
The Office of the Special Prosecutor says it is unable to prosecute a former Minister of State at the Finance Ministry, Charles Adu-Boahene, who is said to have engaged in influence peddling, an act not codified as a corruption infraction.
This has aggrieved some sections of the public.
