Chinese ‘Galamsey’ kingpin, Aisha Huang was arrested in 2018 for engaging in illegal mining activities and was subsequently deported.

A few later, the ardent ‘Galamsey’ kingpin returned to the country to engage in similar activities for which she was deported.

Her return to the country has raised questions and how a deportee could easily return to the country.

Aisha Huang’s issue has brought China-Ghana relations to the fore. The reason is that, apart ‘galamsey’, the Chinese can be found in all spheres of economic activities in the country.
