There are six blocs of power in Ghana football and five of them are against Kurt Okraku – Micky Charles [Asempa FM SportsNite]

Controversial Ghanaian football administrator Charles Kwadwo Ntim, popularly known as Micky Charles, has made a sensational claim that there are huge cracks and divisions in Ghana football.

The former Techiman City FC President has lamented the treatment meted out to his club, lamented the Ghana FA’s judicial system as a selective system while punching and jabbing the leadership of the current football administration.

Charles, who claimed on Asempa FM that Techiman City FC suffered multiple home bans because a referee claimed his mother was insulted by a supporter, has claimed there are six different factions in Ghana football.

“Currently there are six different factions in Ghana football and five of the six factions are against Kurt Okraku and his administration,” he told Enoch Worlanyo on the SportsNite show.

Kurt Okraku assumed office as President of the Ghana FA in October 2019 after winning a hotly contested Presidential elections race that had George Afriyie and Nana Yaw Amponsah in contention.

Since assuming office he has come under public scrutiny for certain comments he passed as well as allegations for influencing or interfering with national team call-ups.
