Ghanaian giants Hearts of Oak silently signed former PSG youth team midfielder Faisal Adam Billey on a long-term deal before the closure of the transfer window.

Billey, 22, central midfielder who can operate in any role in the heart of the pitch and would be vital to Samuel Boadu’s midfield construction and team’s fluidity.

He starred for the U-18 side of the French money bags where he played an instrumental role in helping them clinch the U21 Tournoi European tournament in 2018.

The talented midfielder becomes the 9th addition to the Hearts of Oak squad from the transfer window.
