Ignatius Osei-Fosu has reported Ghana Premier League side Medeama SC to the GFA Players and Coaches Status Committee for illegally terminating his two-year contract with the club.

The Mauve and Yellows relieved the former Liberty Professionals and Techiman Eleven Wonders trainer of his duties just three games into the season while he was just three months into his contract with the club.

According to Ghana Sports Online checks, the outspoken trainer was on a GHS10,000 a month contract with the Tarkwa-based side along with some juicy bonuses as well as other packages.

Osei-Fosu had failed to record a win in the first three games of the Ghana Premier League season as coach of the Mauve and Yellows.

Per Ghana Sports Online checks, the former Hunters trainer is demanding compensation in excess of GHS300,000 from the club.

The duties of the Player Status Committee include settling of employment, status, eligibility, compensation, and contractual disputes involving GFA, clubs, players, coaches and other officials, intermediaries, and licensed match agents.
