GBC announce LIVE coverage for 2022 FIFA World Cup
Ghana Broadcasting Corporation, GBC, has announced that it will provide coverage for all 64 games during the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
The Kanda-based national broadcaster in a press conference held on Thursday at the company’s premises announced plans to collaborate with private media outlets to widen the scope of coverage.
The comprehensive coverage will not only be limited to television broadcast as there will be content on radio and GBC online platforms.
George Lomotey, the Acting Director of Television and Marketing at GBC, confirmed that the corporation has already engaged several private media houses on the broadcast of the 28-day event.
