Ghana have clashed with Nigeria 8 times in previous FIFA World Cup qualifiers.

Ghana Sports Online delves into the details of the Black Stars’ previous encounters with the Super Eagles.

The meetings in the qualifiers date back to 1960 when the two titans first faced off in Accra.

Out of the previous four double-header meetings, both Ghana and Nigeria have progressed twice apiece.
