Actor and TV Presenter, Jeffery Nortey has opened up about his regrets growing up.

According to the talented actor, he should have been more confident during his primary school days.

Speaking on Evibes, Jeffery Nortey disclosed that the lack of confidence during his early education had a profound impact on his mental well-being.

“I believe I should have been more confident because it affected me after school. Way back in university, every time I woke up before going to lectures, I had to remind myself that I was a big boy now because I had this phobia that someone would beat me and it affected me mentally. So I always had to give myself some pep talks psychologically, prep myself,” he said.

Jeffery Nortey added that he was once timid and had to actively work on himself to become a confident version of himself.
