BREAKING: Appeals Committee throws out arbitrary ruling against Nana Yaw Amponsah, quashes decision on directors and shareholders of Phar Rangers

Asante Kotoko Chief Executive Officer Nana Yaw Amponsah has won his appeal against a Ghana FA Disciplinary Decision banning him from all football related activities.

The Appeal Committee, chaired by renowned lawyer Agbesi Dzakpasu, said shareholders are not recognised within the statutes of the Ghana FA and cannot be banned.

On the side of directors the committee was of the view that the GFA prosecutor did not charge on the charge sheet.
