Kotoko pencil down this Ghana Premier League defender for January signing [Asempa FM SportsNite]
Ghana Premier League title holders Asante Kotoko are set to make an official bid to Bechem United for central defender Kofi Agbesimah, according to Asempa FM’s SportsNite.
Agbesimah, 25, is opened to joining the Porcupine Warriors who have some void to fill in their defence.
Bechem United sign the towering center-back from Sunyani-based Sunyani Bectero FC in 2018 and has rose through the ranks to captain the side.
Asempa FM’s Enoch Worlanyo reveals that Kotoko are keen on the defender who has 2 goals in 9 games in the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League season.
Kotoko’s management were left impressed with the performance of the defender when he scored against them in a matchday 2 clash at the Nana Ansu Gyeabour Park in Bechem.
