Livestream: The Law discusses implications of invalid by-laws

Recent research conducted by Corporate Secretarial and Training Services has revealed that as many as 154 Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Assemblies (MMDAs) are operating without bylaws.

In view of this, JoyNews‘ The Law has tabled it to discuss the implication that comes with the move.

Today’s edition is themed; “154 MMDAs in Trouble: Implications of Invalid By-Laws”.

Samson Lardy Anyenini will host legal practitioners to shed more light on the topic.
