Livestream: The Law gives free legal clinic on wives and children warring over properties

Despite the passage of  Intestate Succession Act, 1985, (PNDC Law 111) to curb the injustices mated out to spouses, particularly women after the death of a man, some distance relatives still find dubious means to rob the widow and children of the possessions left behind.

In view of this, JoyNews’ Legal Light programme, The Law will give a free legal clinic on wives and children fighting over properties left behind by the man.

Legal practitioners, Susanna Nyampong and Augustine Asafo-Adjei will join host, Samson Lardy Anyenini to shed more light on the topic.
