UEFA Champions League: Ghanaian duo Tekpetey & Manu help Bulgarian giants Ludogorets to hold Olympiacos in Greece

Ghanaian players Bernard Tekpetey and Elvis Manu were involved in Ludogorets’ crucial 1-1 draw with Olympiacos Piraeus in the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday night in Attica.

Tekpetey started the match and lasted 82 minutes for the Eagles who scored the opening goal through Kiril Despodov.

Meanwhile Elvis Manu, who had scored in his last three games for Ludogorets, did not get the opportunity to feature in the game as he witnessed the entire period of the game from the substitute bench.

The draw becomes vital step for the Bulgarians in their quest to get to the group stages of the competition.
