Great Olympics registered their third victory of the season after beating newly-promoted Gold Stars 2-0 at the WAFA Arena in Sogakope on Wednesday morning.

James Akaminko opened the scoring for Annor Walker’s side with an impressive 18th minute finish before Maxwell Abbey Ashie-Quaye recorded is 7th goal in 8 games for the Wonder Club.

Akaminko, a former AshantiGold midfielder, returned to the shores of the country following his failed move abroad last season.

The win has moved the Dade Boys to 12 points while visitors remains on 10 points.
