EXCLUSIVE: AS Roma starlet Felix Afena-Gyan set to arrive for Black Stars clash with Super Eagles

AS Roma starlet Felix Afena-Gyan is set to arrive in Ghana to join the Black Stars squad for the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifying double-header against Nigeria.

The 19-year-old forward turned down a call-up from Milovan Rajevac for the 2021 AFCON tournament in Cameroon.

Afena-Gyan has been one of the most consistent player Jose Mourinho’s AS Roma this season.

With Jordan Ayew struck with COVID-19, and Benjamin Tetteh and skipper Andre Ayew suspended, the young forward has stepped onto the plate for the crucial game.
