Ghana’s Black Stars could face any of the top five countries who have been placed in POT 1 or seeded after the end of the group stages.
The Black Stars finished top of Group G after edging South Africa 1-0 at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium on Sunday night.
Cameroon defeated a star-studded Ivory Coast side 1-0 at the Stade Ahmadou Ahidjo in Yaoundé on Tuesday night.
