Weekly wrap: Ukraine invasion, Adwoa Safo’s absence from Parliament and Savelugu SHS students protest over expired food

Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and its impact on world economies and on Ghanaian residents there took center stage in the news this week.

The absence of Dome Kwabenya MP Adwoa Safo in parliament is seriously affecting the Majority side and its ability to do government business in the House.

Students of the Savelugu Senior High School in the Northern Region protested the quality of meals offered them by the authorities and agitations as the NPP attempts to reorganize also featured in the news.
