EXCLUSIVE: New Edubiase Utd turned down €250,000 offer from Danish club for Salim Adams [Asempa FM SportsNite]
Ghanaian second-tier side New Edubiase United turned down a €250,000 offer from a Danish club for Salim Adams, according to Abdul Salam Yakubu.
The former Ghana U20 trainee has joined Ghana Premier League side Hearts of Oak on a permanent deal and would switch to the American side in the coming days.
President of New Edubiase United, the club that transferred the 19-year-old to Hearts, has revealed he received an offer from former La Liga campaigners Leganes.
Salam told Enoch Worlanyo was Asempa FM’s SportsNite show that his club received a $250,000 offer from an unnamed Danish club for the midfielder.
“We also had an offer worth 250,000 Euros from a club in Denmark,” he said.
Adams has scored 2 goals in the Ghana Premier League and scored once in the CAF Champions League for Hearts of Oak.
