French side Stade Rennais complete signing of Ghana sensation Kamaldeen Sulemana

French Ligue 1 side Stade Rennais have completed the signing of Ghana international Kamaldeen Sulemana from Danish side FC Nordsjælland, the club has announced.

The deal, which is reportedly worth 21 million Euros, will keep the midfielder at the Roazhon Park until 2026.

Sulemana was a transfer target for many European clubs including Liverpool and Manchester United but just like the case of Jeremy Doku he opted to join Rennais.

He becomes the fifth notable Ghanaian player to join Rennais after John Mensah, Asamoah Gyan, John Boye and Kamal Issah.

Sulemana was born in Techiman in the Bono East region of Ghana and was drafted into the Right to Dream Academy where he flourished before joining Danish side Nordsjaelland.
