Ghana goalkeeper Richard Ofori in action for Orlando Pirates in PSL victory over Supersport Utd
Ghana international goalkeeper Richard Ofori was in action for Orlando Pirates as they defeated Supersport United 3-2 in the South African PSL on Wednesday evening.
The 28-year-old conceded two goals within the opening 18 minutes of the games but the hosts equalised through a first-half stoppage-time brace Namibian forward Deon Hotto.
Ofori, after conceding the two goals, was able to organised his backline as they managed to equalise and eventually snatched the match-winner through Goodman Mosele in the 94th minute.
The former Legon Cities glovesman has been handed a call up by Otto Addo for the all-important 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifying double-header against Nigeria.
Wednesday evening’s game was Ofori’s third game since returning from an injury lay-off.
