Ghana’s Prof. Wallace, 1 other nominated among top judges for 9th World Food Championships in Dallas

Renowned award-winning Ghanaian broadcast journalist Enoch Worlanyo, popularly known as Prof. Wallace, has been nominated as part of a Top Ten Judge for the 9th World Food Championships to be held in Dallas, Texas from November 5 to 9th, 2021.

Wallace, who doubles as the Head of Sports at Adom Cluster of Multimedia Group, and also the Global Head of Community and Brand Ambassador of Let’s Cook, Ghana, will serve on the panel of judges for cooks in the soup category.

As one of the judges for the event, he will be judging the Best of the Best in the soup category. The competitors will have risen to the top in their category and will proceed to battle it out for the title of World Soup Champion, and the title of World Dessert Champion.

The multiple award-winning Ghanaian broadcaster, who is the host of Asempa FM’s SportsNite show, will undergo a one-week training regime for the scope of judging at the event.

Wallace, whose radio show draws massive listenership in the West African nation, has been using his radio platform to inform and educate Ghanaians both within and outside of the nation about safety measures on the COVID-19 pandemic. He has pledged to adopt all the necessary COVID-19 protocols and safety measures to ensure the successful organisation of the 2021 WFC.
