Ghanaian champions Hearts of Oak stepped up their preparation for the CAF Champions League clash against Wydad Athletic Club with a 4-2 win over Tema Youth on Friday morning.

Isaac Mensah and Kofi Kordzi scored in the first half to give Samuel Boadu’s side a 2-0 lead before Daniel Afriyie Barnieh added the third goal.

Meanwhile Victor Aidoo added the fourth goal as Tema Youth grabbed two late goals in a futile effort to stage a comeback.

This is the second time Hearts have beaten Tema Youth in a pre-season game.
