OFFICIAL: Hearts include Benjamin Afutu in CAF Champions League squad. He’s registered with No.8

Hearts of Oak have registered midfielder Benjamin Afutu for the CAF Champions League campaign.

In a 36-man squad published on the website of the continental football governing body the midfielder has been registered with jersey number 8.

The details puts to bed fear that he might not be available to feature for the Phobians in their CAF Champions League campaign for next season.

Kumasi-based Pure FM reported that he has met with Hearts board chairman Togbe Afede XIV to resolve issues relating to his contract renewal.
