Former Black Stars Team Doctor, Dr. Adam Baba, has revealed how the injury situation of midfielder Wakaso Mubarak was handled during the 2022 AFCON.

Despite being injured, Serbian trainer Milovan Rajevac included the former Espanyol midfield workhorse in his final squad for the tournament.

However, he was unable to recover before Ghana suffered elimination from the tournament after losing to minnow Comoros.
