We will still be a prime supplier of Mercedes-Benz services in Ghana – Silver Star
Silver Star Auto Limited has indicated that it will continue to be a key supplier of Mercedes Benz services in Ghana.
This comes after the automotive company announced it’s no longer the authorised Mercedes-Benz dealer in Ghana.
According to its Chief Executive Officer, Asad Nazil, the company has forged various partnership with other automotive companies across the world.
Speaking at a Press briefing, he called for more collaboration from stakeholders and its consumers to continue to expand the operations of the company.
“We will fight on. One thing we want to tell you today is we will be a prime supplier of Mercedes Benz services. We are not just going to walk out from this”.
“We are established and with this 25 years of experience in after-sales training and support we are not just going to walk away even though the other parties are trying to get us out of business. But we want to assure our customers that we are not giving up”, he stated.
The company said it will continue to make investments in new brands, facilities, human resources and training to continue serving its customers to the highest standard they deserve.
Asad Nazil further indicated that the company is open to further clarification by its customers on its operations.
“We will continue to engage our customers in so many ways. If there is something they want to know they can reach out to us”, he explained.
With the company’s incredible accomplishments over the, Silver Star Auto said it is poised to give the best of services to its customers in Ghana and beyond.
