These four players didn’t travel with the Black Stars squad to South Africa to face Ethiopia

Black Stars head coach Milovan Rajevac will be without 4 players for Thursday’s all-important 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifier against Ethiopia in South Africa.

24 players are expected to touch down in South Africa’s Johannesburg city ahead of Thursday’s clash with Ethiopia’s Walia Ibex.

Defender Jonathan Mensah who trained with the team on Monday has suffered an injury and is unable to travel with the team to South Africa while Gideon Mensah also didn’t travel to Ghana due to an ankle sprain.

Arsenal star Thomas Partey is also unavailable for the game due to a tight groin he suffered.

Meanwhile, AS Roma failed to release young forward Felix Afena-Gyan.

These are the 24 players who made the trip.
