A Medeama SC spokesperson, popularly known as Obama, has claimed that the Tarkwa-based side could win the 2023/24 CAF Champions League title.
The ambitious club have already outlined their intention in the continental club competition with head coach Evans Adotey insisting they can compete with 11-time winners Al Ahly and their co-equals in the competition.
The latest individual within the club to talk big is one of the spokespersons for the club Obama.
He told Kumasi-based Pure FM that the Mauve and Yellows will go all out to the final to clinch the title in an historic manner.
No club in the competition’s history has won the title in their first-ever attempt but the Tarkwa-based side have aimed to do so.
“We will go all the way to the final and win it,” he told Bright Kankam Boadu on Pure FM.
